Job Description:
Pensions Administrator
Pay rate: £13.47 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Location: Leicester
We are seeking Pensions Administrators to support a backlog of casework. This role focuses on pension administration tasks and is well suited to individuals who can work efficiently through multiple similar cases.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing routine pension administration tasks, including:
*Leavers
*Transfers in/out
*Standard retirement calculations
*Data updates and member record maintenance
*Completing high-volume casework accurately and efficiently
*Following scheme rules and calculation guides
*Ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout all tasks
Essential Skills & Experience
*Ideally previous experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration (public sector or private DB schemes)
*Strong understanding of DB pension concepts, calculations, and workflows
*Ability to follow established processes with limited supervision
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Comfortable working with repetitive, high-volume tasks
