Job Description:
Motorcycle Technician – GuildfordSalary: £32,000 – £38,000 Basic | OTE £38,000 – £46,000+ + Bonus
The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership/workshop in the Guildford area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician to work on a variety of motorcycles within a high-performing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of motorcycle brands
*Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment
*Complete MOT preparation and testing (Class 1 & 2 preferred)
*Perform general workshop duties including tyres, brakes, chains, and engine work
*Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards
*Maintain accurate job records and paperwork
*Work efficiently to meet productivity and efficiency targets
Requirements*Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic
*NVQ Level 2/3 in Motorcycle or Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
*MOT licence (Class 1 & 2) – desirable
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Passion for motorcycles and high attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence beneficial)
