Temporary Coordinator / EA Support
Location: Central London (On-site, 5 days per week)
Duration: 1–2 months
Rate: £18 per hour
I am working on a highly confidential assignment with a prestigious, London-based organisation. We are seeking an immediately availableCoordinator with EA support experience to join a high-performing, client-facing team on a short-term basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a partnership environment and supporting UHNW stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished and proactive individual to step into a varied role within a fast-paced and professional environment.
The Role:
This position will provide key administrative and coordination support to a senior team member, alongside wider departmental assistance. The role will evolve, so we are looking for someone confident in bringing structure, asking the right questions, and adding value from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing light diary management support, including scheduling and prioritising meetings
*Managing incoming meeting requests and coordinating calendars effectively
*Supporting with departmental administration and coordination tasks
*Preparing and handling sensitive documents and communications
*Assisting with stakeholder and client interaction, including high-profile individuals
*Supporting wider team operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
Candidate Profile:
*Strong administrative experience with exposure to diary management
*Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
*Confident in prioritising and managing competing demands
*Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
*Professional, personable, and able to build strong working relationships
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
