A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a rapidly growing national Fire & Security company.
With a strong reputation in the market and continued expansion across the UK, this business is looking for someone who can play a key role in developing new relationships while also nurturing existing accounts across the South West region.
The Role:
*50/50 split between new business development and account management
*Targeting M&E contractors, offering both fire and security solutions
*Managing and growing an established client base while identifying new opportunities
*Covering the South West region
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in both new business and account management
*Background within fire, security, or a related technical industry
*A motivated, ambitious individual with a strong drive to succeed
*Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
What’s On Offer:
*Basic salary between £35,000 – £45,000
*Realistic OTE of £80,000 – £90,000
