Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading your room and supporting high standards of Childcare:
*Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children
*Lead, support and supervise your team on a daily basis
*Identify opportunities to enhance learning environments and teaching approaches
*Ensure inclusive practices to meet individual needs within your room
*Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
*Carry out team appraisals and contribute to staff development
*Work closely with management and other room leaders to ensure smooth nursery operations
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Nursery Room Leader in Blandford Forum, you’ll need:
*A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years
*Previous experience in an Early Years Educator or similar role
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
*Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
*A collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality childcare
