This is a full-time Recruitment role located in the Lake District
*Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
*Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
*Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
*Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills and culture fit
*Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
*Achieve and exceed recruitment targets
