Waste and Recycling Supervisor

07:00 - 15:30 Mon - Thu (early finish Fri)
£32,515.60 p/annum (£16.90 p/hour)
Full Time – Ongoing Agency
We are looking for an experienced Waste and Recycling Supervisor to join our client’s busy Rugby-based team.
This is a full-time, urgent role supporting all aspects of waste management.
What you’ll be doing:
*Leading and motivating a small group of operatives
*Keeping control of KPIs, costs and purchasing
*Running daily briefings, tackling staff issues, and completing computer-based tasks.
*Communicating with members of the public and local councillors
*Handling complaints and queries promptly
What we’re looking for:
*Proven supervisory experience within waste-management, street cleaning, or something similar
*Good understanding of health and safety
*Strong organisation and time-management skills
*Full UK Driving Licence
