Security Systems Service Engineers
My client is looking for a number of highly experienced Security Systems Service Engineers to join their team. In these roles you will be responsible for servicing a range of security systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control, to the relevant industry standards. A strong working knowledge of IP based networks and security systems would be a distinct advantage.

The Role
Reporting into the service department, you will be responsible for planned annual maintenance and reactive response, managing your own workload to ensure jobs are prioritised effectively. You will complete accurate work reports and client recommendations whilst delivering an exceptional standard of customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What They Are Looking For
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
Proven experience within the Electronic Security industry
Knowledge of IP based networks and security systems
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work at height and lift equipment as required
Experience in a customer facing environment
Strong problem solving skills with a customer focused approach
Effective communication skills across a range of customers and stakeholders
Relevant industry qualifications such as 18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds or BTEC (desirable but not essential)
