Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Purchase Ledger Clerk to support a growing Accounts Payable team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments. You will play an essential part in maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounts payable function.

Your Key Job Duties as the Purchase Ledger Clerk:
*Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
*Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
*Maintain and update supplier records within the accounting system
*Handle supplier queries and build strong working relationships
*Assist with month-end processes and reporting
*Support Administrative duties
Skills and Requirements:
*Previous experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, or similar role
*Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*Good numerical and reconciliation skills
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities
*Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues
