Job Description:
Our thriving client based in Little Hadham is hiring for a Commercial Executive (Trainee Sales) to join our clients successful and growing organisation that values ambition, development and long-term success. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career within a dynamic and fast-paced commercial environment. The role focuses on supporting business growth through developing new opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support and development. The role also offers opportunities for travel, including client visits, supplier meetings and industry events both in the UK and abroad.
This role is full-time, onsite and paying £30,000+. The working hours are 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday.
Key responsibilities:
*Driving sales growth by identifying and engaging new clients
*Maintaining a strong focus on profitability and commercial performance
*Building and nurturing long-term business relationships
*Supporting procurement activities and developing supplier connections
*Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
*Upholding high standards of professionalism in all interactions
Skills:
*Uk driving licence is essential
*Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential
*Eager to lean and develop sales skills
*Have a proactive and methodical approach to their work
*Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Be confident working both independently and within a team
