Venn Group are supporting one of our most trusted clients to find an Interim Finance Business Partner for an initial 6 month contract (with strong potential to convert into a perm role). This is a hybrid position from South West London, and will require someone who is immediately available to start a new role.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with evident business partnering experience in a complex organisation.
Responsibilities:
*Act as the Finance lead for your departments, articulating financial needs, risks and priorities
*Provide clear, data-driven challenges and insights to senior stakeholders
*Build and communicate financial models to inform strategic decisions
*Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring robust inputs and clear risk assessment
*Improve Finance processes and data integrity across the function
*Lead and develop a small team
Requirements:
*Qualified Accountant
*Immediately Available to start a new role
*Strong business partnering experience in a complex environment
*Advanced financial modelling, and project accounting experience
*Management experience, leading a team of direct reports
