Dove & Hawk are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, multi-branch independent estate agency to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator for their market-leading office in North London.

Dedicated Sales Progressor, allowing you to focus on securing offers and driving deals
The Role
*
Generating and negotiating offers on residential properties
*
Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
*
Managing the sales process through to agreed stage
*
Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Requirements
*
2-3 years of residential sales experience (North London experience preferred)
*
Proven track record of achieving targets
*
Strong understanding of the sales process from instruction to completion
*
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
*
Professional and well-presented approach
*
Full, clean manual driving licence
*
Valuation experience is advantageous but not essential
Salary & Benefits
*
Basic salary up to £20,000
*
On-target earnings of £70,000-£80,000
*
Competitive commission structure
Working Hours
*
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:30pm
*
Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
*
5-day working week
