Job Title: Driver / Valeter
Contract: Initially 6 Month FTC, with a view of extending once complete
Salary: £25,800 Per annum
Location: Chester, Cheshire
Hours:
*Monday–Friday: 08:15 – 17:00
*Alternate Saturdays: 08:15 – 12:30

If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established rental and fleet operation where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles look immaculate and are ready for customers. Expect a mix of valeting, vehicle checks, and safe transport between sites, including:
*Cleaning interiors & exteriors to a high standard
*Spotting and reporting any damage or mechanical issues
*Keeping accurate notes on cleaning and maintenance tasks
*Delivering great customer service when speaking with colleagues or customers
*Safely transporting vehicles to/from different locations
*Working to scheduled delivery/collection times
*Carrying out basic maintenance (fluid levels, bulbs, simple repairs)
*Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and safe
*Following all safety and operational procedures
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone reliable, proactive, and confident around vehicles.
Essential:
*Full, clean UK driving licence
*Clear English communication & legible handwriting
*Basic numeracy skills
*Strong attention to detail and time management
*Able to work both independently and as part of a team
*Flexible with occasional weekends and public holidays
Desirable (but not essential):
*7.5T (Cat C) and/or Minibus (Cat D)
*Experience in valeting, detailing, or similar roles
*Comfortable driving both manual & automatic vehicles
If you’ve worked in vehicle presentation, delivery driving, logistics, car rental, or customer-facing roles -you’ll feel right at home.
