About the Role:
The Payroll and Accounts Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial accuracy and efficiency of our operations. This position is integral to both the payroll and accounts departments, providing a balanced focus on processing payroll and managing accounts tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process and manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.
*Maintain and update employee timesheets and related records.
*Manage purchase ledger activities, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
*Assist in month-end financial processes and reporting.
*Collaborate with finance and HR teams to address payroll and accounts inquiries.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience in payroll processing and accounts management.
*Proficiency in managing purchase ledgers and timesheet records.
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desirable Skills:
*Familiarity with payroll software and financial systems.
*Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
