The Role As the Creative Artworker (Midweight), you will be responsible for applying and maintaining the organisation’s refreshed brand guidelines. You’ll be the single design resource within the team, producing high-quality digital and print assets while supporting a busy and collaborative marketing function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied, hands-on creative environment and enjoys owning the artwork process from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities*Apply and uphold newly refreshed brand guidelines across all design output
*Produce accurate, polished artwork for digital, print, event and marketing materials
*Act as the team’s sole artwork and design specialist
*Support the wider marketing and events team with day-to-day creative requirements
*Adapt and develop templates to meet evolving business needs
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver effective solutions
*Maintain visual consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Skills & Experience*Experience as a Creative Artworker, Artworker or similar role
*Must have worked in-house within Professional Services
*Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
*Confident working independently and managing multiple deadlines
*Strong communication and organisational skills
