Lettings & Sales Negotiator, Norbury
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 basic | £40,000 - £50,000 OTE
Location: Norbury
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Every other Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm (day off in lieu)
Additional Benefits: Paid mileage
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Lettings & Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic and growing property team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in residential lettings and/or sales who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
*Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
*Booking and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between landlords/vendors and tenants/buyers
*Managing the progression of lettings and sales through to completion
*Generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
*Maintaining regular contact with applicants, landlords, and vendors
*Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate records
*Supporting with property listings and marketing

Requirements
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings and/or sales
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Target-driven with a proactive attitude
*Excellent customer service skills
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage paid)
*Well-presented and professional at all times
