Early Years Practitioner – Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN16
Salary: £13.00 per hour (Depending on hours, experience, and qualification)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a small, friendly Nursery.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Provide high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care
*Support colleagues and contribute positively to the nursery team
*Implement daily routines and engaging activities
*Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
*Plan fun, interest-led activities that support development
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*At least 1 year’s experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and ratio requirements
*Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player
*Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
*Eligible to work in the UK
