Motorcycle Technician – CheltenhamSalary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic | OTE £35,000 – £45,000+
The RoleWe are recruiting for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join a busy dealership/workshop in the Cheltenham area. This is a great opportunity to work with modern bikes in a well-equipped environment with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities*Service, maintain, and repair a range of motorcycles
*Diagnose faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
*Carry out MOT prep (Class 1 & 2 desirable)
*Complete engine work, brakes, tyres, and general mechanical repairs
*Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
*Maintain accurate job cards and paperwork
*Work to efficiency and productivity targets
Requirements*Experience as a Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic
*NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (IMI / City & Guilds preferred)
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Passion for motorcycles
*Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence ideal)
