The Role
This is a hands-on Finance Manager role with real ownership.
You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial controls across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Financial Reporting & Control
*Full ownership of monthly management accounts
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Maintaining the general ledger and posting journals
Revenue & Transactions
*Raising invoices and managing accounts receivable
*Supporting day-to-day financial processing
Budgeting & Analysis
*Monitoring performance against budgets
*Supporting stakeholders with financial insights
*Producing ad hoc reports for senior leadership
Compliance & Process
*Supporting audit processes
*Maintaining strong financial controls and accurate records
What We’re Looking For
*Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
*Experience in a management accounting role
*Strong Excel skills
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
