Quantity Surveyor - Highways / NEC
Cardiff or Bridgend
£50-60K (flexible)
This is a good move for a QS who wants more responsibility and a route into a senior role. The
team is growing, and they’re looking for someone with NEC experience who wants broader exposure and a bit more pace than the usual long-running frameworks.
You’d be working closely with a Senior QS/Commercial Manager and gradually taking on more commercial ownership across highways and civils work.
What you’ll be doing
*Supporting CVRs, reporting and forecasting
*Managing NEC processes day-to-day
*Working with site teams to track progress, change and risk
*Subcontract procurement and management
*Final accounts and commercial close-out
What they’re looking for
*NEC experience (any civils/utilities background considered)
*Someone organised, steady, and able to manage their own workload
*Highways experience is useful but not essential
