Confidential Opportunity – Receptionist | City of London | £40–43k
We are working on a confidential opportunity with a leading global professional services firm based in the City of London, seeking a polished and highly organised Receptionist to join their front-of-house team.
This is a key client-facing role, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and playing an integral part in delivering a premium, professional service across the office.
The Role:
*Managing a busy front desk and ensuring a seamless client experience
*Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings, and internal/external events
*Handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner
*Liaising with internal teams including IT, facilities, and hospitality
*Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
The Candidate:
*3+ years’ experience in corporate reception, professional services, or luxury hospitality
*Impeccable presentation and communication skills
*Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
*Proactive, professional, and confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels
Additional Information:
*Fully office-based role (no hybrid working)
*Rotational shifts between 8am–8pm (weekly rota)
*Salary: £40,000–£43,000 + excellent benefits
