Designer – Residential & Commercial Joinery

The role of the Designer – Residential & Commercial Joinery will involve:
*Designer position delivering high-end bespoke joinery projects including; kitchens, bedrooms, cabinets and doors, across both residential and commercial sectors
*Producing clear detailed drawings using Cabinet Vision
*Liaise with clients to interpret and refine their design vision into practical, technical joinery solutions
*Oversee design, coordinate materials and production details, and ensure installation requirements are fully considered from the outset
*Liaising with the client to obtain and further information that is required
*Liaise with procurement, project and workshop teams regarding any long lead time materials
*Create CNC ready files for production
*Working on projects ranging in value from £20k - £500k
The ideal applicant will be a Designer – Residential & Commercial Joinery with:
*Must have experience utilising Cabinet Vision software
*Ideally a Designer within the joinery sector although would be open to a draughtsperson, co-ordinator, technician, engineer or related within the interiors market
*Must have the ability to read and understand technical drawings
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*High levels of attention to detail
*IT literate (Microsoft Office)
*Genuine ’get up and go’ work ethic
