The role:
*Managing mortgage cases from application through to completion
*Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and third parties
*Supporting advisers with case progression and documentation
*Keeping clients informed and delivering a smooth experience


What they’re looking for:
*Experience as a Mortgage Administrator (or similar)
*Confident managing cases and dealing with stakeholders
*Familiar with systems like Trigold (or equivalent)
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
*Someone who wants to progress, not just maintain
