Early Years Practitioner – Chichester, West Sussex PO19
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year / £14.00ph (depending on experience, qualifications, and age)
Hours: 4 or 5 days, 40 – 45 hours/week | Rotating shifts: 7:15–4:30pm or 8:00–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Deliver high-quality childcare and early education
*Plan engaging EYFS-based learning activities
*Celebrate children’s learning and development
*Work collaboratively within the nursery team
About You
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (full and relevant)
*Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
*Confident mentoring and coaching abilities
*Experience supporting SEND children (desirable)
*Leadership potential with strong initiative and teamwork skills
*Must be eligible to work in the UK
