Job Description:
Master Technician – SalisburySalary: £35,000 – £45,000 Basic | OTE £40,000 – £50,000+
The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Master Technician to join a busy dealership in the Salisbury area. This is a senior technical position, ideal for a highly skilled diagnostic technician who can lead from the front and support the wider workshop team.
Key Responsibilities*Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults
*Act as the lead technical expert within the workshop
*Support and mentor other technicians
*Carry out advanced diagnostics using manufacturer systems
*Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
*Assist Workshop Controller/Service Manager with technical queries
*Maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity
Requirements*Proven experience as a Senior / Master Technician
*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*Manufacturer accreditation (Master Tech status preferred)
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
*Ability to support and guide junior technicians
*Full UK driving licence
