Pre-School Room Leader– Crawley, West Sussex, RH11
Salary: £13.98 Per Hour
Hours: 35 hours per week / Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 2:45pm (30 mins unpaid lunch)
Contract: Permanent / 38 weeks per year / Term Time Only
We are seeking an experienced and passionatePreschool Room Leader to lead our Early Years setting.

Responsibilities
*Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
*Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
*Observe, assess, and track children’s development in line with the EYFS
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Promote positive behaviour and support children’s independence
About You
Hold a relevant Level 3+ Childcare qualification
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
*Previous experience as a Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner
*Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*A genuine passion for early years education
