We are currently looking for an EA to join a medium sized boutique finance company based in the West End. This role is supporting two Analysts who are based abroad and the hours are 8.30 to 5.30. The company offers a great working environment with beautiful offers and a positive culture. The position is covering the end of maternity cover until December although there is a possibility of a permanent role. This is suitable for EA’s who are immediately available and will be a one stage interview with the Office Manager. This role is a great opportunity in an excellent location.
The role
Complex diary coordination across multiple time zones.
Scheduling and prioritising meetings, appointments and events.
Anticipating clashes and ensuring executives are prepared
Typing is involved
Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses
Arranging dinners, social events and public appearances
Producing timelines and reviews of projects
Researching new business ventures or projects
