Our Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside neuro-therapists to help people regain skills and quality of life after a life-changing injury. The role involves doing interesting activities and working with the team to find creative solutions. No two days are the same!

As this role is in the community supporting individuals in their own homes, community and workplaces, it is essential to be a driver and car owner (please see our other Indeed adverts/ make contact if you are a non driver). This role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work. (If preferred, there may be the opportunity for you to do some work in our residential rehab service in Worsbrough, Barnsley alongside the role where people enjoy variety or breadth in experience.)
