Early Years Practitioner – Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22
Salary: £27,500 – £29,500pa – depending on hours, qualifications, and experience
Hours: 4.5 Days / 40 Hours a week - Shifts range between 8am-6pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
*Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children’s learning and development
*Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
*Support the team in building relationships with the children and their families according to the EYFS.
About You
*Hold a Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
*Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
*Sound understanding of the EYFS as well as the understanding of child development and of children’s needs.
*Confident in completing observations and carrying out planning for your key children
*Work as part of a team – contributing to the success of the nursery
*Position dependent on clear DBS check along with 2 satisfactory references.
*Be eligible to work in the UK
