Nursery Room Leader – Horsley, Surrey, KT24
Salary: £30,160 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are seeking a kind, passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our OUTSTANDING, purpose-built Nursery.
Set within beautiful countryside surroundings, our setting offers children the opportunity to learn, explore and grow in a calm, natural environment.
This role would suit an experienced Nursery Practitioner or existing Room Leader looking for a new challenge within a supportive and values-led team.

Responsibilities of the Nursery Room Leader
*Lead your room with creativity, care and confidence
*Deliver high-quality childcare and early education
*Inspire and support your team to deliver the curriculum
*Build strong relationships with children and families
*Track children’s progress using curriculum-linked observations via the Family app
*Champion safeguarding, health & safety and inclusive practice
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
*Passion for children’s development and emotional wellbeing
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Commitment to professional development
*Eligible to work in the UK
