I’m exclusively partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed group to appoint a Finance Manager—an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified ACA / ACCA looking to make (or build on) their move into industry.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of the London region’s financials while supporting group-level reporting and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
*Monthly financial reporting and analysis for the London region
*Supporting the production of group accounts, including variance analysis and board-level commentary
*Preparing board packs and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
*Partnering with operational teams on budgeting and forecasting
*Supporting acquisitions, including onboarding and integration
*Driving improvements in processes, controls, and reporting
*Contributing to business cases and strategic decision-making
About You
*ACA / ACCA qualified (or newly qualified)
*Background in Big 4 / Top 10 audit or advisory, or relevant industry experience for second movers
*Strong technical grounding with a desire to move into a more commercial, forward-looking role
*Ambitious, proactive, and keen to take ownership early in your industry career
*Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
*Strong Excel skills; exposure to systems like Power BI or ERP platforms is a bonus
