Job Description:
Package: £27K - 28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£40K OTE Year 1)
Our client is one of UK’s leading technology recruitment agencies. After a massively successful few years, they are now looking to double in size over the next 12 months with excellent talent to further their grip on the European markets and achieve their ambitious growth plans moving forward!
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing recruitment business that are leaders in their field that offers unrivalled progression opportunities up to Director level as well as a market-leading commission structure.

The Role:
*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
No previous experience is required – full training is provided. What we’re looking for is potential, drive, and the right mindset:
*A recent graduate
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
*Confidence, resilience, and a willingness to learn
*Ambition to grow into a high-performing consultant
