Job Description:
Early Years Practitioner – Hanwell, Middlesex, W7
Salary: £13.50+ per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday- 9am-6pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for childcare and early education, with the drive to help every child reach their full potential in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
You will work as part of a dedicated team to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring all children thrive and develop.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Plan and deliver activities that support children’s learning, development, and play, in line with the EYFS framework
*Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping records and communicating with parents or senior staff
*Provide care and supervision, ensuring children’s safety, wellbeing, and hygiene
*Support children’s social and emotional development, encouraging positive behaviour and interactions
About You
*Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent)
*Strong understanding of Safeguarding, SEN, and Health & Safety procedures
*Experience with planning, observation, and assessment in line with the EYFS
*Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
*Committed to supporting an inclusive and positive nursery environment
*Reliable, professional, and eager to develop your skills
*Must have the right to work in the UK
