Year 3/4 Primary Teacher - Dartford
Location: Dartford, Kent
Contract: Full Time | Start: 20/04/2026 | Salary: £34,397 - £46,838 DOE
Are you a passionate Primary Teacher ready to inspire young learners? A welcoming primary school in Dartford is seeking a dedicated professional to take on a Lower Key Stage 2 split Year 3/4 class and make a real impact.
The Role:*Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons
*Take responsibility for planning in one subject area, working collaboratively with a team of 5 teachers who share planning across the phase
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
*Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers
*Play an active role in the wider school community
You Are:*QTS qualified
*Experienced in KS2
*Confident with classroom management
*Firm, consistent, and able to build strong relationships with pupils
*An enthusiastic teacher who puts children first
*Keen to contribute to a supportive school culture
