This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to join a high-growth fintech environment and gain exposure to modern finance systems, automation, and data-driven processes.
The RoleThe successful candidate will join a collaborative finance team, supporting core financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech setting.
Key Responsibilities*Processing high volumes of invoices, payments, and expense claims
*Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions
*Assisting with month-end close and reporting activities
*Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
*Maintaining accurate financial data across finance systems
*Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives
*Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners
Candidate ProfileEssential*Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, or a related discipline
*Strong Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
*High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proactive, organised, and keen to develop within finance
Desirable*Previous internship, placement, or finance-related experience
*Exposure to accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, NetSuite)
*Interest in fintech, digital finance, or data-driven environments
