Job Description:
Adecco, on behalf of our client, is delighted to be recruiting two full-time, permanent Service Administrators to support a well-established organisation providing vital residential services across Leicestershire.
Location: Coalville
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Driving Required: Yes - the role involves supporting several residential homes.
About the RoleAs a Service Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of multiple residential services that support children and families. This is a varied and meaningful position where your organisational and administrative strengths will truly shine.
Key Responsibilities Include:*Managing petty cash reconciliation for multiple sites, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.
*Producing accurate financial reports for managers and stakeholders.
*Supporting recruitment administration, including DBS processing.
*Assisting with premises and vehicle security checks to maintain compliance and safety standards.
*Coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings, and supporting general service operations.
*Maintaining organised filing systems, ensuring all processes meet GDPR requirements.
*Supporting delegated Health & Safety and fire safety responsibilities.
About YouWe’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
*Strong Excel skills with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets confidently.
*Solid administrative experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
*Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with the ability to produce accurate reports.
*Experience managing financial systems such as petty cash, invoicing, or budget monitoring.
*Awareness of Health & Safety processes and compliance documentation.
*Experience supervising or supporting staff teams is beneficial.
