Job Description:
Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Yeadon (Yorkshire)
Salary: Up to £32k Base + Benefits
We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established and growing logistics operation, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring effective coordination between inbound, outbound and transport functions.
The business operates a busy, multi-user environment, handling a high volume of goods and providing reliable distribution solutions across the UK. This role is well suited to someone with warehouse or logistics experience who is highly organised and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage inventory using WMS systems (Mandata, Oracle)
*Coordinate goods in and out, including loading and unloading
*Oversee stock organisation and replenishment
*Support accurate picking and packing for dispatch
*Maintain health and safety standards
*Complete data entry, order processing and stock updates
*Work with the wider team to improve operational efficiency
Skills & Experience
*Previous warehouse or logistics experience
*Strong understanding of stock control
*Experience with WMS systems (desirable)
*High attention to detail
*Strong organisational and communication skills
