Nursery Manager - Bath, Somerset, BA2
Salary: £35,100–£40,248 per year | Up to £21.50 per hour (depending on experience/qualifications)
Hours: 36 hours over 4 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our excellent nursery in Bath, Somerset, BA2 catering for up to 90 children aged 0–5. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established setting operating at full capacity with a waiting list, offering strong internal progression opportunities.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a manager who enjoys working within the rooms, supporting their team, and maintaining high standards of care and education. You will focus on quality practice and team leadership, supported by a Finance Director and wider senior management team.

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery

About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous Nursery Manager experience
*Strong leadership and team development skills
*Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and compliance
*Passion for high-quality early years practice
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
