Letchworth, Hertfordshire
OTE up to £51,300
Monday-Friday (No Saturdays)
Full-Time | Permanent
A well-established automotive dealership group is looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician to join their modern workshop in Letchworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician to join a professional and supportive team, working with the latest diagnostic equipment and benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and development.
The Role
As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in the workshop, ensuring vehicles are diagnosed and repaired to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
*Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
*Identifying complex faults using modern diagnostic equipment
*Ensuring vehicles are repaired right first time
*Supporting and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
*Maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship
*Contributing to an excellent customer experience
Requirements
*Qualified Master Technician or equivalent experience
*Previous experience within a main dealer or reputable independent workshop
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Confident using modern workshop diagnostic systems
*Strong team player with good communication skills
*Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
Salary & Benefits
*OTE up to £51,300
*Monday-Friday working - No Saturdays
