Job Description:
Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Senior Import FCL Operator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Witham.

Permanent, Full-time position
Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
20 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Free parking on site
Permanent role available at this company as they continue to expand with long term contracts being won.

Your responsibilities include:
*Arranging air, sea & road import bookings
*Dealing with overseas offices & partners
*Working start to finish on files
*Processing sales & purchases
*Quoting UK clients for FCL
*Quoting & managing shipments for several FBA (Amazon clients)
*Updating new client bookings in shared drives with pricing.
*Looking after big key accounts
*Raising Invoices
*Managing direct client accounts
*Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with our policies and procedures.
You will need:
*Confident and outgoing individual.
*Deep Sea Import Experience a MUST!
*10 years Forwarding experience desirable but not essential
*FCL working experience
*Previous experience working independently with key accounts
*Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
*Driver with own transport is desirable.
*UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
