We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Hatfield.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 to 2 year’s experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Basic £25,000 - £26,500
*OTE £35,000
*Pooled commission on new lets and relets
*Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 4pm on a rota basis (with day back in lieu)
*5 day working week
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Carry out accompanied viewings
*Generate viewings from portal leads
*Property inspections
*Liaise with landlords and tenants
*Arranged agreed maintenance
*Deal with end of tenancy dilapidations/checkouts
*Arrange required property safety certificates
*General administration duties
*Qualify applicants pre referencing
*Assist with marketing and new business
Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
*Must have at least 1 to 2 year’s experience as a Lettings Negotiator
*Good computer skills
*A high level of customer service skills
*Well-presented and professional
*Understanding of the lettings process
*Be up to date with current legislation
*The desire to work well in a team, and independently
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*High accuracy and attention to detail
*Target driven with a ’can do’ attitude
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
