Job Description:
Finance Assistant - Sales Ledger
Central Norwich

The role:
*Prepare, issue, and email sales invoices across the group
*Send monthly statements and carry out credit control, including phone and written follow-ups
*Ensure payments are received within agreed terms and resolve customer queries
*Download and input income transactions across various platforms
*Process monthly sales
*Maintain petty cash
*Produce invoice payment receipt forms
*Keep financial process documentation up to date
*Work to the month-end deadlines
The successful person:
*Experience within a similar role
*Strong IT skills, including Excel and a working knowledge of cloud-based systems
*Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy
*Approachable and a strong team player
