Role Responsibilities:
*Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable reporting
*Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support key business metrics
*Enhance and optimise existing reporting solutions to improve usability and performance
*Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly
*Support the development of data products and contribute to improving data quality and consistency
*Produce clear documentation to support reporting and development processes
*Collaborate with wider data and technology teams to deliver effective data solutions
*Identify opportunities to improve reporting, insight, and overall data capability
About You:
*Experience in a data, reporting, or analytics-focused role
*Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
*Experience with BI tools, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
*Comfortable working with data sets and transforming data into meaningful insights
*Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
*High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
*Eager to learn and develop within a data-driven environment
