We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast growing professional services firm looking for an experienced Bid & Pursuit Specialist to support high value, tech focused and digital economy opportunities.
The Role
You’ll lead and support end-to-end bids across technology, digital, advisory and innovation driven service lines shaping win themes, producing compelling content and driving best practice across the pursuit process.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission
*Develop clear, persuasive proposal content and visuals
*Work with senior stakeholders on pursuit strategy
*Conduct client and market research to inform positioning
*Support pursuit technology tools and content libraries
*Contribute to continuous improvement of bidding systems and processes
About You
*Strong bids/pursuits experience within professional services
*Excellent writing, structuring and stakeholder management skills
*Detail-driven with good design instinct
*Confident managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*Tech savvy and comfortable with pursuit tools/platforms
