What you’ll do as a Teaching Assistant:
*Support pupils across the primary curriculum
*Work with small groups and provide 1:1 support where needed
*Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
*Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom routines
*Encourage pupil engagement and confidence
What we’re looking for in a Teaching Assistant:
*Previous experience working with children (school or similar setting)
*Positive, proactive attitude
*Strong communication skills
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
