Job Description:
Executive Assistant
Location: West End, London
Working Pattern: Office-based (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
Hours: 9am - 6pm
Salary: £50k - £60k+ excellent benefits
Start Date: ASAP
A boutique private equity firm based in the West End is seeking an experienced and polished EA to support a dynamic and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, professional environment with strong team culture and exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide full diary management and coordination for senior team members
*Arrange and manage complex meetings, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
*Coordinate international travel and detailed itineraries
*Prepare and format presentations, reports, and documents
*Act as a key point of contact, maintaining strong relationships across the business
*Support with ad hoc projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
*Assist with general administrative tasks as required
What They’re Looking For:
*3+ years’ EA experience within financial services
*Strong gravitas and confidence working with senior stakeholders
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively
*A team player who thrives in a collaborative and social environment
