We’re looking for a commercially minded, proactive finance professional to operate across reporting, planning, analysis and business partnering. This is a broad, high-visibility role with real exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business.
The Role*Deliver insightful monthly reporting, adding clear, value-driven commentary
*Lead variance analysis, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities
*Own weekly cash flow forecasting, supporting liquidity and planning
*Partner with operational teams to improve forecasting accuracy and performance
*Support long-term planning and scenario modelling to guide strategic decisions
*Build strong relationships across sales, marketing and technical teams
*Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles
*Support ongoing finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
About You*Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
*Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders across the business
*Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
