Day Rate: £350 per day (Umbrella)
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Manchester (preferred) or London
Working Pattern: Hybrid –

• Manchester: Office on Tuesday & Thursday

• London: Office on Tuesday & Wednesday

Role Overview
As a Global Entity Management Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of international clients, oversee day-to-day service delivery, and support junior team members. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance obligations are met across various jurisdictions, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to business development and operational improvements.
This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-border collaboration, and is confident overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of international clients as part of the Core Annual Service offering
*Act as relationship manager, hosting update calls/meetings and gathering client feedback
*Train and mentor junior team members, supporting their development
*Maintain compliance diaries to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
*Coordinate with international network partners to ensure high-quality global delivery
*Handle administrative tasks including software maintenance, onboarding procedures, and financial reporting
*Build and maintain strong working relationships across clients and internal teams
*Lead or support internal and external business development initiatives
*Act as Engagement Manager on client accounts
*Understand and apply internal risk frameworks
Skills & Experience Required
*Experience within professional services, ideally within a multi-disciplinary environment
*Background in entity management, company secretarial, corporate governance, legal compliance, or similar
*Experience managing and training junior staff
*Strong capability coordinating projects across multiple jurisdictions and time zones
*Proficiency with legal entity management platforms (e.g., Diligent Entities, GEMS, Kuberno/Kube)
*Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication
