Job Description:
About the Role:
You will be working closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils with a wide range of needs, including:
*Autism Spectrum (ASD)
*Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
*Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
*Communication and sensory needs

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
*Assist in delivering tailored learning activities
*Support students with emotional regulation and behaviour
*Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
*Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and families
What We’re Looking For:
*A caring, patient, and resilient attitude
*Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs
