Senior Transport Planner

What You’ll Be Doing
*Preparing site appraisals
*Feasibility studies and pre-application advice
*Producing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans
*Undertaking traffic modelling and junction capacity assessments
*Liaising with clients, local authorities and wider project teams
*Attending meetings with stakeholders and representing the business professionally
*Supporting the delivery of projects across a variety of sectors
*Contributing to the ongoing growth and reputation of the business
What They’re Looking For

*Degree qualified in a relevant subject
*Experience within a transport planning consultancy environment
*Strong experience preparing Transport Assessments and related reports
*Experience with traffic modelling software such as Paramics, VISSIM or SATURN
*Ability to manage client relationships and represent the business professionally
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*A proactive, self-motivated and solutions focused approach
*Experience in highway design or Road Safety Audits desirable
*Experience supporting large scale residential developments through the planning process desirable
